What to include in your document certification enquiry
The details to prepare so your request can be reviewed clearly from the start.
Start with the document and its country of issue
Give the document’s name and the country where it was issued. If it contains several pages or an attachment, mention this too. These details give the review a clear starting point.
Explain where the document will be used
Name the destination country and the organisation receiving the document, such as a university, bank or company. If the recipient has sent written instructions, include their wording so the review can address the actual request.
Describe the format you already have
Tell us whether you have an original, a copy or an electronic document, and which language it is in. You can describe the document first. We explain what is needed for the next stage after reviewing your enquiry.
Set out your timing and expected result
Mention any deadline and the format requested by the recipient. We review the requirements, explain the proposed process and provide the total cost including fees and VAT before you proceed.
